Milano Dispensers S.p.A. acknowledges the importance of protecting personal data, undertakes to respect the privacy of users, to treat private data with caution and confidentiality and not to use them for purposes other than those specified below.

To this end, this policy describes how the site is managed with regard to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it.

This information is provided, also pursuant to art.13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR"), to those who interact with the web services accessible through the pages of the website:

2. Data and purpose of the processing

Milano Dispensers S.p.A. informs website users that the data collected will be used exclusively for the purposes specified below. The data being processed are navigation data and data provided voluntarily by the user.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Purpose of the processing

This data is used in order to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site, verify that the Site works properly, improve the quality of the services offered and optimise the operation of the Site. The data is processed to the extent strictly necessary and proportionate to ensure the security of the networks and the information passing through them.

Legal basis of the processing

The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the secure operation of its website (Art. 6.1. (f) GDPR).

2.2. Data provided voluntarily by users

In order to access some of the services of the website, users spontaneously provide Milano Dispensers S.p.A. with different types of data, after having read this policy and given their consent to processing for one or more of the purposes envisaged and listed below.

The optional, explicit and voluntary provision of this data implies its subsequent acquisition by Milano Dispensers S.p.A. Acquisition is necessary in order to use the requested services.

2.2.1. Technical Assistance Area

The Site includes an area called TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, through which customers can log in with their user ID and password and use the services linked to their personal page.

Purpose of the processing

The purpose of the processing is exclusively to login to the website and to provide all the services related to Technical Assistance.

Legal basis of the processing

The legal basis of the processing is the fulfilment of requests for technical assistance via the website (Art. 6.1. (b) GDPR).

3. Processing methods

Data will be processed, pursuant to Art. 4 (2) of the GDPR, by means of the following operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.

The data will be processed on paper, electronically and/or automatically.

4. Communication and transfer of data

The processed data will not be disclosed; however, for the purposes indicated in this information notice, data may be communicated to third parties, including but not limited to marketing/communication agencies and companies entrusted with maintenance and assistance activities on the company's IT systems.

The data will be processed by the following parties:

  • Employees of Milano Dispensers S.p.A., who act as persons authorised to process data according to the duties performed and are adequately trained.
  • External Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

The list of Data Processors is available at the registered office of the registered office of the Company.
For all the purposes indicated in this policy, the data may also be communicated abroad, within and outside the European Union, in compliance with the rights and guarantees provided for by the regulations in force, subject to verification that the country in question guarantees an "adequate" level of protection in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

5. Rights of the data subject

Data subjects may at any time request:

  • a) access top their personal data (Art. 15 GDPR);
  • b) rectification of any inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR);
  • c) deletion of data relating to them (Art. 17 GDPR);
  • d) limitation of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
  • e) the right to object to the processing of data where the conditions are met (Art. 21 GDPR);
  • d) the right to data portability, i.e., to receive the data provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR).

For all matters not expressly stated in the provisions referred to herein, reference is made in full to the legislation in force on privacy, in particular Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the GDPR.

Furthermore, the data subject may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, pursuant to Art. 77 of the GDPR
